  • Dabill a frustrated sixth in Italy

It was once again Toni Bou who took the honours as he marches on towards his fifth world crown. After taking the lead with a good opening lap he watched as thunder storms halted the other rider’s progress as he finished before the storm came, Adam Raga moved clear of Albert Cabestany to take a second on the day with the best lap score.
James Dabill “To finish six once again is so frustrating as I had moved into a challenging position for top five honours on the first lap holding my own and feeling very confident with the machine and my riding”.
“The truth is I feel very confident with my riding, the Beta team is excellent and I am sure you can imagine the intense frustration at not been able to turn this into a strong top five result”.
James returns to the UK later today before preparing for the British championship round this week-end in Devon.
