Round 4 of this years championship would head to the Welsh Valleys and The St David’s Trial run by the Neath Motor Club. In a well organised event which unfortunately had to be shortened from three laps down to two due to the extremely wet weather James Dabill once again showed why he is the man on form in the championship as he took his winning run in these events to fifteen beating his nearest rival once again Michael Brown.

James Dabill “Today has been for me the toughest championship trial I can remember due to the extreme weather which hit the event. The water level in the hazards rose making it very difficult for me to find the correct line, on some of the sections I had to take a five mark penalty due to this as I did not want to drown my machine which despite the hard conditions performed with no problems. My team including John Lampkin and Joel Sadler worked hard for the result today and I am very grateful to them both, I would also like to thank the club and its members for standing out in the cold wet conditions”.

“I will now travel to Spain to prepare for the next round of the SPEA FIM world championship”.
